夢想是不是遙不可及呢？想像一下當你有份穩定的工作、步入正軌的生活，你會願意放下所有，從零開始追逐夢想嗎？這名美國女生Liz Clark就做到了！她的勇氣真的不是一般人能夠匹敵的，小編覺得她實在太厲害了！而且在她追逐夢想的過程中，還遇到了一隻萌萌的小夥伴呢！

這名勇敢的美國女孩 Liz Clark 現在已 36 歲了，在十二年前，她做了一個驚天動地的舉動：在2006年毅然決然辭去了在加州的調酒師工作，並展開她的環球之旅！而且還是獨自駕著帆船完成這項創舉！從小Liz Clark 就受媽媽的影響很大，一樣具有熱愛冒險、懷著追逐夢想的勇氣！

很幸運的是當時有人送了她一艘帆船幫助她完成夢想，條件是希望她可以記錄下航海的所有過程。於是她開始了獨自航海的旅程，在2013年航海的途中，意外撿到了小奶貓Amelia，從此之後貓咪變成她的小夥伴，陪著她一起追逐夢想，環遊世界各地。

Liz Clark 在拋下一切追逐夢想前，也曾經害怕過，她並不是處在一個很富有的家庭，辭去工作時，甚至不知道將來要如何賺錢養活自己。雖然心中有疑慮，但讓她確定的念頭是，如果現在不去試，將來一定會後悔失去這個機會。

現在她完成了夢想，花了10年，用一艘船，一隻貓，和一顆勇於夢險、追求夢想的勇氣，她在旅途中滿載而歸，不僅僅是航海的經歷，那些遇見的人，還有最棒的夥伴貓咪Amelia，各種故事都成了她人生中最美好的回憶

I officially survived the 24-stop Swell book tour! The last 6 weeks were way waaaaaay amazing!! I met hundreds and hundreds of wonderful, inspiring, open-hearted humans. And was greeted by family and friends I haven’t seen in years. I cannot thank each of you enough for coming to the events and making them all overflow with LOVE. The schedule was grueling, but meeting all of you made it worth it and has assured me that the hard work it took to bring this book to life will help more people chase their own dreams, seek their own truth, and share their own stories to continue influencing others to live an inspired life of passion and risk and growth. Your hugs, your smiles, your letters, your gifts have filled me up so fully and made me feel so loved and grateful!! I’m resting up and bathing in the memories of each special event, each person’s story, the positive energy, all the new places, all the great people I met along the way in airports and taxis and restaurants. There’s so many good people out there!! And Tropicat, you were with me every step of the way, sometimes you appeared blatantly—looking at me thru extraordinary gifts of artwork, stopping my heart for a moment. Other times you were a bird, or a butterfly, a spider, or a child smiling at me mischievously. Or the wind rushing past my ears. I continue to long for your fur and flesh, but you continue to make it clear that you are still nearby.
